At Killer Jeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original denim or apparel in the shipping bag, ensuring all brand tags and labels remain intact and secure.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
